Currency Demonetization is Simply withdrawing the Value of a Currency and Making it Null and void by replacing a new Currency design, Denomination and Value.

INDIA, on 9th November, 2016 Demonetized 500-1000 Currency Notes in the Name of Pooling and Smashing out Black Money which are lied down in India Illegally.Few are with the Decision and Few are Against and the Debate is On from last the day of Demonetization on many News channels and Social media.

Anyway,Whether it is Good or a bad decision common man is getting troubled, Citizens are allowed to withdraw certain number of Amount only from His/Her own account. Number of Citizens are saying that it is a good decision and for that we are ready to bear any problem.

There is a mixed feeling in the society on Demonetization and withdrawal Limits.Let s Check the Good Part of Currency Demonetization and bad part as well.

Good Side of Demonetization

1) Introduction of New currency :- We have witnessed History its a good part because Demonetization decision is taken very rarely and to witness that we must have luck.

2) Less notes and huge amount in pocket :- Previously when we had 500 & 10000 rupees currency we had to take extra care even while withdrawing 10,000 rupees. So to withdraw amount in multiple of 10,000 we had to carry a special bag which now is not a issue because  5 Paper notes of Currency 2000 is easy and stress-less to carry in pocket and we want to carry multiple in number then also there is not much issue except when we do transactions in lacs of rupees.

3) Colorful Wallet/Purse :- The new Indian currency notes are very colorful. The Two thousand rupees currency note is Pink in color.It feels that the currency is dedicated to Women because Pink is denoted and believed as color of Women.The new Indian Currency of 500 rupees is grayish in color which reminds us the presence of 5 Rupees currency we used to have very long back even before the Green colored 5 rupee currency.

4) Cash Assessment :- After Demonetization I got to know who is holding how much in the family and what are the sources of their holdings and where they used to save their currency.

5) Saving Strategy :- The Indian Prime Minister shri. Narendra Modi introduced a new Saving scheme/strategy for every family by imposing withdrawal limits which allowed middle class family to save their salary that month because of huge Que and out of cash Board at ATM center.

6) Smashed Black money and Black money holder :- The demonetization decision smashed Black money within few seconds and minutes of declaration.Those who were holding Hard cash which was not in economical use became only pieces of paper because there was taxation slab to exchange currency up to Rupees 5 Lac till 31st December, 2016.

Bad Side of Demonetization

1) Long Que and Stress :- Every Indian Citizen was in long Que for hours and few were for days where cash was not available for every Bank account holder which was cumbersome and stressful. to deposit old Currency notes and to withdraw currency for day to day life expenses

2) Shortage of Money :- Due to long ques and shortage of money in banks as well as ATM centers every Indian Family faced shortage of money to spend for daily routine requirements. This shortage was alive and problematic till December end of 2016.

3) Lost Money and Lives :- Many people who did cash transaction in lakhs lost their money value and turned up their happiness into sorrow as there was taxation issue for those holding cash more than 2 to 2.5 lac rupees.Many people who were lower class family and don't have Bank account had to deposit their money in someone else account and this act gave birth to fraud people.

4) Slowdown in Business :- Due to demonetization citizens were having cash crunch which also troubled economy due to which almost each and every business earning got slow and they were unable to earn profit as buyer was having sufficient amount to pay and credits increased which postponed the earnings and profits.

5) Exchange problem :- Almost all ATM's now are filled with new Pink Currency of 2000 rupee which sometimes create problem.We want to buy something costing rupees 50 or 100 and we hold that fresh Pink note withdrawn from ATM machine and the seller get short of Exchange which creates problem and this becomes a negative side of Demonetization.

People now a days becoming more curious, to know how their new friend is, to know the on-going news Feeds and how the Rest of the Human being is all over the Universe. Because we each and every Human being who is Socially aligned himself/herself with the world through their Respective 2G, 3G and WiFi internet Network. Now a days we have social media profile where you may get full fledged or few details just a click away,that depends on how the privacy setting is built up.There are social platform such as Facebook,Twitter,Instagram,LinkedIn etc where basic details Such as Date of Birth,
Native/Birth Place, Residential area/Region,Places he/she had visited,Likes and Dislikes, Hobbies etc

Now the Question arises that when you are not Connected  to your friend or a person personally known and related to you as friend,Connection,Follower on any social platform does that shows and indicates that you are unknown to him/her? It is absolutely NO,because when you take birth you came empty Hand,without building any Digital profile from mother's Womb.So,why we all are serious and curious about not being connected on Social Platform.Social Platform Connection doesn't matters to your real friend.If you are not a friend on any social platform but uses  online text messaging app like whatsapp,Hike,Line,Viber etc the it should be absolutely all-right. That shows that we are connected in real and there is no doubt that real connection matters a lot then digital connection.

The new Generation,which came on earth after Evaluation and development of  Digital world and Technology feels that when you are very much active on Social media/Sites,you are literate and updated.They make themselves more comfortable and keep their Spirit high before people who are not updated to technology and the Social world.Usually they forget the Actual duties and Rights of their real life.Duties such as taking care of family and giving their physical,mental time to their loved ones,meeting Friends,Family Friends and Relatives in real and this has been replaced by social media where you just have a few line of conversation and treat it like a meeting and being in touch with Friends,Family friends and Relatives.Meeting in Real matters a lot than sharing feelings through a social platform.Its good to wish people on social platform whom we can not meet once in a Week or month but to whom we can meet up and plan a day to spend,there we must not replace it with Social media and make it more digital and end up breaking the real relationship.

Now,when you are not a friend of  a person whom you know Personally or Work with that person and Wants to see and know how it has been a life and how we can make them comfortable by knowing their likes and dislikes and you end up visiting their social Profile without being a friend over there does not mean stalking.That means you want to know the person, how it has been their life before meeting you and how you can lead the friendship or the Relation ahead.But few human being consider it as Stalking because you are not a friend or connected or follower of that particular individual on social media.Now,that depends on each and every Individual priority of being a digital friend first and the real friend later or vice-versa.The priority depends on individuals to Individual.

The  actual full-form of  GST is Goods & Services Tax but for Government of India it became a Good Source of Taxation.Because the GST Bill became a hit in Media as well as in Public, which Bought some hope in Tax cutting. What to Choose After

Secondary School Certification (SSC)

After Getting out from School we all feel and enjoy the freedom in 360 degree but before enjoying this 360 degree freedom its time for Us to choose the first Step or a ladder for our Career which will lead us into a professional career and then a way will make us to strive for Promotions, Pay Hikes, Incentives, Bonuses etc.

The date of SSC (10th) Result is on 25th may.This day will clear the School tag from Most of the Students and there may be few who will fight through Exam Form No.17 to get ride of School Boy/Girl Tag from their Forehead.

There are many options available after SSC & fortunately we only know few of them which are -

1. Commerce - A very Basic and most selected Stream now a days
2. Science - After Commerce the most selected Stream by own and/or by pressure from Parent, Siblings, Relatives and many more
3. Arts : The most chosen Stream then and Most avoided Stream Now because of the Scope and Change in Interest of Students.Before A  decade or Two, Arts was the Only Stream which got a highly qualitative stream then Commerce & Science.

But there are many other Streams & Courses Available which are helpful in getting Job directly instead of Pursuing  Higher Studies.These Kind of Courses are easily not Advised by any Career Counselor Because of the System adopted by Indian Govt and Especially Corporate.

Now, in few Days we will get freedom of Choice and Somewhat freedom of Living in our Own Way and Style and this gives us an opportunity to opt Extracurricular Activity Such as Joining Dance Class ( male/Female- Western/ Classical as per Choice & Interest ), Learning any Instrument such as Guitar, Piano/ Casio, Flute, Tabla, Drum Set, Violin etc. opt a Sports Coaching like  Football, Cricket, Badminton Etc. Activities mentioned  can make your Career and can make your Life larger than Expected.

So, after choosing a suitable and Interested Stream please don't forget to take part in Extracurricular activity so that you get an hour or two to get refresh from studies burden and Exams Tension.

In few days, SSC (10th) result is Expected, So, be strong whatever Grade/Percentage you get be satisfy with that and accept that.

Suicide - Tragical way to get Peace

After reading news of Televison actress Pratyusha Bannerjee aka Balika vadhu,I feel very asahmed.Because those who are idol of their fans and viewers  takes suicidal step as last resort.This may bring sadness in city, State and may be in country.If one celebrity have a hard core fan and something happens to that celebrity, that fan can take severe steps and may end his/her life in emotion.

Year 2009 was a tragic and shocking yer for the state Andhra Pradesh( Now divided into two i.e Telangana and Andhra).The well known and very much loved Chief Minister Y.S. Rajashekhara Redyy died in a tragic Helicopter crash due to bad wheather.This news turnd out very shocking to admirer that more than 100 people died due to Shock ann Heart attack and others attempted suicide.

Incidents like this can bring the death rate to very high and there will be some sort of disturbance in society as well as in the world because these famouse people whome we know as celebrity must be very fit mentally, yes they are human beings like us but they have the responsibility and then there are their family as well.So, before attempting or thinking of suicide they should take advice from doctors friends and family.

Pratyusha Bannarjee suicide have made everyone shock, reasons are her age which was just 24 years, very young by heart and physic, good looking and very talented actress she was.After Pratyusha Bannerjee's  suicide news Priynka Chopra manager revealed that she also attempted suicide 4 times.If celebrities will do and behave and loose mental ability in this manner thenwhat will happen to their fans?.

Film and Television industry must have a panel which will have a doctors sepcialized in  psychology.They must do half yearly or quarterly routin checkup of Actors and actress even after they are fit and fine.this will help celebrities to mintain their mental ability norml and there will be lutions if ny have stress or any kindof issues.

There must be helping hand and fund raising campaign for those celebs who are Bankcrupt and In trouble.They all must come under one roof to see each other for Couple of days personally to know each others and everyone must meet every individual so that there ill be frends groupe and then afterwords if anyboy is having problem then can share their problems with their friends.
